The Multi-Tenant Voice Core is the basis for our PBX solution. This core is a scalar platform that allows carrier grade feature rich delivery of Ethernet network based PBX services to a scalable number of individual organizational units and extension endpoints.
The Grand Dial core solution leverages both open source and closed source components specifically developed concurrently over the last five years. Our solution provides for you a complete communication platform deploying the following modules.
Intelligent Dial: No need to dial 9 for outside line. Call determination is based on digits dialed.
10-Digit: No need to dial 1+Area Code for home region numbers.
7-Digit: Set a default area code reducing the need to dial 1+Area Code for home region numbers.
3-Digit and 4-Digit: Extension Numbers
Call Hold: Music on hold: System is provided with basic standard music. Other libraries can be purchased and loaded to the system. Custom hold messages can also be created.
Call Parking: Support for both Attended and Direct Parking
Call Transfer: Attended Transfer: Alert the receiving party before transfer.
Outside - Attended Transfer: Call an outside party and transfer an on-hold call.
Blind Transfer: Transfer a call directly to an extension.
Caller ID:(Requires Carrier Support).
Caller ID on Call Waiting: (Requires Carrier Support).
Do Not Disturb Intercom: Speaker Phone Intercom Calling. (Requires vendor support IP phones)
Page to Intercom: Speaker Phone Intercom Paging. (Requires vendor supported IP phones)
One way: Receiving parties can hear paging party.
Conference Page: Receiving parties can hear paging party and respond as if in group conference call.
Overhead Paging Options: Supports connectivity for overhead paging systems: Requires additional purchase of bridge modules for each paging zone.
Direct to Auto-Attendant: Calls are handled by an Auto-Attendant with Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
Direct Ring then Auto-Attendant: Ring and extension group and then fall back to Auto-Attendant on no pickup.
Direct Ring a Specific Extension: Ring a system extension. (This allows for complex call handling as extensions can be physical or virtual and have assigned macros.)
Direct Inward Dial to Extension: Directly assign a phone number to an extension, allowing callers to by-pass attendants and IVR menus. (Requires Carrier Support, SIP or PRI) Direct Inward Dial to Trunk: Allows for complex call forwarding to other SIP based phone systems. (Requires Carrier Support, SIP or PRI)
Direct to Forward: Call forward inbound calls to another number. (Requires Carrier Support, SIP or PRI)
Box Isolation: Voicemail Boxes can be isolated per tenant or per tenant account. Password Protected: Each box is protected with a security pin code.
Greeting Options: Unavailable/Busy/Employee’s Name.
Voicemail via E-mail: Receive voicemail as an audio file attached to an e-mail.
Direct Inward Dial to Voicemail: Access e-mail via call in phone number.
Visual Message Waiting Indicator: Display message waiting indicators on standard IP phones.
Customizable IVR: Assign 1 to 4 digit options to calling functions. Such as department routing, group routing, message playback, voicemail box and much more.
Day and Night Mode: Set different messages based on time of day. **
Dial-By-Name Directory: Users can dial by name to locate a user’s extension.
Quick Extension List: Allows for the playback of a recorded prompt containing a short list of extensions. This has reduced caller complexity over the Dial-By-Name Directory for offices with a short list of extensions.
Menu Item Dialing: Allows for extensive call routing via macros.

Predefined ConferenceRooms: Allows for multiparty audio conferencing. Conference Rooms are saleable from 2 to 50 participants with most implementations. (Varies based on transcouder buss counts) Rooms can have an access pin code associated.
Dynamic Conference Rooms: (Optional Add-on) Allow for dynamically created voice conference rooms.
Voice Prompts: Each tenant can record their own system prompts via extension hand sets. Administrators can import professionally recorded prompts directly to a tenant’s sound folder. Administrators can import music on hold files on a per tenant basis.
911 Services can be specified based on account configurations. Each account can have independent vendor routing for 911 allowing for granular control.
Call logging and tagging: Each call record contains the duration and outcome of a call .
Tagging: Each call is tagged with a call type.
Log Export: Call logs are exportable to CSV format or directly accessible via MySQL or ODBC.
